Agnė Jokšė

Agnė Jokšė (LT) works between Vilnius and Copenhagen. Using the tools characteristic to autoethnography, Jokšė tells stories in which her experiences and past events related to contemplations on love, intimacy and friendship intertwine with imaginative reflections on the world surrounding these events. She works with writing, video, and performance. Jokšė holds an MFA from the Royal Danish Academy of Visual Arts and a bachelor’s degree in Monumental Painting from the Vilnius Academy of the Arts. Her recent projects include exhibitions at Cell Project Space, London (2022); Editorial, Vilnius (2022); and a presentation at Artist’s Film International, Whitechapel Gallery, London (2021).
