Cloe Jancis

Cloe Jancis is a Tallinn-based artist who mainly works with photography, video and installation. Jancis is intrigued by the social image and roles of women, the construction of identity, and the rituals and customs connected with presenting femininity. She graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts in photography with a bachelor’s degree. Jancis is currently studying in the master’s programme of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Estonian Academy of Arts. Her recent projects include exhibitions at Tartu Art House (2022), Tallinn City Gallery (2022), and Temnikova & Kasela Gallery (2021), Tallinn.
